Before placing the order it will be necessary for the customer to calculate the times well as it will never, under any circumstances, be possible to add the urgency rate to a standard order already placed.

The following rates are available for shipments:

Standard: 8.50€ - 5 working days (production times excluded).

Express: 10€ - 24/48h (production times excluded).

European shipping: 25€ - 5/7 working days (production times excluded).

As soon as the package has been shipped, you will receive several confirmation emails, one of which will contain the tracking code. The shipment will always leave on the working day following the one in which you will receive the email containing the tracking number.

To remedy any problems of any kind , it is always recommended to purchase shipping insurance , from the moment the customer decides to purchase an uninsured shipment, he assumes responsibility for this choice with the risks that may follow.

We have an office and a laboratory not open to the public, we are located in Trentola Ducenta (CE) but we ship all over Italy.

Absolutely yes, all our products are completely customizable and adaptable, you can choose colors, characters, themes, names, data, any phrases you like, to modify any model you want.

On each product page there is a personalization box where you can describe how you would like your items.

Once the order confirmation has taken place, only after the payment receipt, our graphics will start working for you. There are 2 drafts included, one of which is done according to your instructions and a second one for any precautions, these are not two graphic proposals, but a graphic proposal and a second draft dedicated to correcting possible errors.

Additional drafts will cost €5 each.

It is not possible to add one detail at a time , each new change will be considered as a new draft, so please be specific and detailed in the customization descriptions by adding everything you need right away.

Additions of writings, colors, elements, suggestions given on whatsapp will not be considered, the graphics will work according to the indications left on the site when ordering.

In the event that elements requested on whatsapp are omitted, which were not present in the order description, we do not consider ourselves responsible, the graphics refer exclusively to the indications you sent via terminal.

We will communicate via whatsapp, where we will give you the opportunity to view the drafts even before production, so as to make sure that everything is as desired, once the draft has been accepted, production will proceed.

The customer is required to carefully check the final proposal, once the start of production has been confirmed, we are not responsible for typing errors, transcription, images or colors desired in a different way.

All times are calculated from the day we receive your approval to proceed.

The rush fee arises from the fact that an extra team is employed to halve the processing times and is dedicated exclusively to this type of order.

A possible urgent order can only be made after agreement with the company, it is therefore necessary to contact us at the mailcommerciale@cartadesign.eu or at our whatsapp number.

Urgency is not applicable for all orders, much depends on the quantity of orders of the period, the number of products you wish to purchase and the models, you must contact us first, urgent orders placed without our agreement will be cancelled.

URGENT ORDER:

It is necessary:

- 2 weeks of production starting from the approval of the draft (the drafts are forwarded every Monday, for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, on the Monday of the following week)

+ Shipping: Express Shipping: 1/3 days

Expedited production fee: €15 + €10 for express shipping.

EXTRA URGENT ORDER:

It is necessary:

- 7 working days of production starting from the approval of the draft (the drafts are forwarded every Monday, for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, on the Monday of the following week)

+ Shipping: Express Shipping: 1/3 days

Expedited production fee: €40 + €10 for express shipping.

It is never possible:

- Add the urgency rate to your order already placed, the urgency must be expressly established before and subject to our approval, all orders already placed cannot be accelerated in any case.

Once the feasibility has been agreed with us, you can proceed normally by adding the products of your interest to the cart and choosing the "Urgent order" or "Extra urgent order" option during the purchase phase, which includes the price of the express shipping of €10 and accelerated production fee. The processing time will thus be reduced from one month to two weeks or 7 days, excluding shipping.

Some of our products are interlocking and very easy to close, so they will be supplied open to avoid any type of damage during transport. Some others instead that necessarily require our intervention, you will receive them already assembled.

Free home delivery is available at the price of € 7.00 only and exclusively for the following areas (excluding ZTL areas):

The delivery of the order will take place exclusively on Saturday from 15:00 to 19:00, it is possible to agree via whatsapp or email which Saturday of the month to receive the delivery, the time cannot be selected.

The delivery is not in any case, by law, carried out on the floor , but on the street at the street number indicated by the customer.

It is necessary to warn in advance if unforeseen events occur, so as to reschedule the service for the following week, rescheduling can be done until 11:00 every Saturday.

The maximum waiting times are 10 minutes, after which the courier will leave if he has not received an answer.

It is therefore necessary to provide a valid whatsapp number when ordering to communicate (we will not use other contacts provided, other than the one entered when ordering).

Following a non-delivery, two options are available:

1. The package will remain in storage at our office where the customer can collect it by making an appointment

2. Rescheduling a second delivery by paying the €7.00 fee again
